Hi, I’m Simone! The Leading Lady of the Aura Breather and it is my honor to support you.
Who am I?
That’s a pretty tough question, but for those who want to know a bit more about who I am, here we go. I’m an expressive talking, witty-minded, introspective lady. I lead with compassion and curiosity, and have a love for all things eccentric. For those who are into it, my big three in astrology are: Aquarius sun, Sagittarius moon, and Cancer rising. I’m also a Reflector in Human Design and an INFJ in Myers-Briggs. My purpose on this planet is to make sure every person I interact with feels: safe, known, and loved. If nothing else, I’m excited to connect with you, let’s be friends!
My Why
After I graduated college, I found myself struggling deeply with anxiety, and showing up authentically as myself. I was searching outside of myself for solutions and kept hitting a wall. When I was shown breathwork and human design, I was a bit apprehensive at first. However, I chose to surrender to the experience and be open to whatever came up for me. In full transparency, this contained a lot of ups and downs, but they inevitably led to life-changing breakthroughs for me.
During this time, I also dove deeper into my experiment with the Human Design system. I describe it further on the explore page, but the general premise of it is, to give you a tool to better understand yourself. Interweaving Human Design with my somatic modalities was pivotal for my empowerment and healing.
I used these tools to empower myself to heal and decondition, and that is my intention in supporting you.
My Goal for the Aura Breather
My goal is to equip you with these empowering and healing tools, and provide you with the space where you can just BE. This container we create together is meant to be a space that fills your cup, rather than empties it. It is so easy to fall into the rhythm of giving more than you receive, which is why this space is curated for you on an individual basis. I created this platform with the intention to reignite your empowered and authentic self, by allowing yourself to receive support. The real key to empowerment is actually(spoiler alert), being able to RECEIVE. This space is for anyone who has been stuck in the phase of giving much more than they receive, it is finally your turn. Whenever you’re ready to start the journey inward to step back into your fully empowered self, I welcome you with open arms.
