Breathwork
Breathwork Basics
This is a form of active meditation, that uses the repetition of a three part breath, all in and out of the mouth. In session the breathing cycle goes as follows: into the belly, up into the chest and then exhaling. The purpose of this work is to get you back into your body and out of your mind, at least for a little while.
What does a Breathwork session look like?
This practice is done in a safe and supportive space. Where a personally curated playlist will be playing to create a warm environment. In addition to music, you will be surrounded by positive energy and love. Above all else, this time is FOR you to be open to receiving the breath, and all of the empowerment and healing that comes with it. During your session, you are reminded that you are: safe, known and loved, just the way you are. Throughout this process, you will release anything that no longer serves you, and welcome in whatever intention you came with.
My Promise
I am here to hold space for you in every step of your session, and beyond. A reminder here is that this type of breathing can bring a lot of emotions to the surface. This is common and nothing to feel shame around. I am here to act as your anchor throughout each session. You are not alone in your healing, I am right by your side, every step of the way.

– Helps with stress reduction from anxiety and depression
– Works as an intense form of energetic and emotional detox
– Allows you to remove any energetic blocks that are stopping you from stepping into your most empowered self

A couple of things to note before starting a Breathwork practice
Before beginning a breathwork practice I suggesting checking with your healthcare provider if you:
– are pregnant
– have a heart condition
– have breathing difficulties of any kind(such as asthma)
– are experiencing coronavirus or flu-like symptoms
– have any pre-existing conditions that intense breathing may worsen

Human Design
What is Human Design?
Human Design is here to show you, your own unique energetic blueprint. It is a powerful tool that will assist you on your path to empowerment and healing. The system of Human Design combines and synthesizes the wisdom of Western Astrology, the Hindu-Brahmin Chakra System and the Chinese I-Ching, with the science of Quantum Mechanics. Then the information from these systems combine to offer you, your own personalized chart called a bodygraph.

What will my Bodygraph show me?
It will show you how you are designed to use your energy, and where you have wisdom and vulnerability. As well as where you experience flow and resistance in your life. By experimenting with your design you will experience a deep deconditioning process. This process will allow for you to finally start living your life how YOU are personally designed to. The immense empowerment and healing that is inherent in your makeup will reflect back to you in your chart.
Now, I won’t lie, at first the abundance of information can seem incredibly overwhelming, but that’s what I’m here for. My intention is to make it all a bit more digestible for you. I suggest experimenting with different parts of your chart at a time, beginning with your Type, Strategy and Authority.
