The Foundation
This session is designed to act as a starting point for you to explore Breathwork with no commitment to another session. The goal of this 45 minute virtual session is to give you a sense of what working with me in this type of container looks, and more importantly what it FEELS like.
Exchange: $100 USD

The Exploration
This session is designed to be a continuation of the Foundation. The goal here is to create a more consistent Breathwork practice for yourself and to dive deeper once we’ve laid the foundation. This virtual session is 75 minutes long and can be on a commitment-free basis as well.

Transitional Support Package
This package is curated on a completely individual basis. Times of transition have always been difficult for me, which is why this service was born, I want you to feel supported in these heavy times. This package gives you a month of my support, with 4 virtual sessions lasting 75 minutes each. When you book this package, we will first meet for a short introduction call, where we’ll discuss what you are seeking support on, as well as your availability. There is no charge for this service until after our introduction call. I am over the moon to be able to support you with this service.

The Partnership Immersion
This session is designed to hold sacred space for partners who are seeking deeper connection and understanding. The goal of this virtual 90 minute session is to further strengthen the bond between you and your partner(s) by exploring your human design charts and then doing a breathwork session.
Exchange: $250 USD

The Non-Sacral Container: Manifestors, Projectors and Reflectors
This once a month 75 minute virtual group breathwork session is for non-sacral beings. This container is meant to bring a community of non-sacral folks together by offering you the opportunity to breathe into healing and empowerment alongside others who understand the need for a non-sacral re-charge. Being able to offer these sessions to you at an accessible cost is very important to me. If you ever feel called to join but do not have the funds available, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me, we can always make something work.

The Sacral Container: Generators and Manifesting Generators
This once a month 75 minute virtual group breathwork session is for sacral beings. This container is meant to bring a community of folks with the same human design types together. This session offers you the opportunity to breathe into healing and empowerment alongside others who also understand what it’s like to be a sacral being. Being able to offer these sessions to you at an accessible cost is very important to me.
