“Simone does such an amazing job at holding space for you during the breathwork session. I went in to the session having no idea what to expect and yet I felt supported and guided throughout the entire thing. I love how personalized it was – a shorter active breath time because I had never done it before and a personalized playlist with my favourite artist. Simone told me that I would be invited to cry, laugh or scream midway through and I honestly thought to myself that there was no way I was going to do that, but there I was, less than halfway through, with tears dripping from my eyes.
